工作人员通常在出发前6小时与您取得联系，以确认抵达机场对接时间和位置。

在办理登机牌、通过安检边检时均需正常排队，无特别通道。法规要求安检边检不得陪同，礼宾员经员工通道在对面等候。 如您已经办理直挂托运行李及下一程登机牌

同一航站楼内转机航班，如您已经办理直挂托运行李及下一程登机牌，或者您是国内转国内航班、国际转国际过境航班，可通过中转大厅前往，无需出安检区。否则，您还需要正常提取行李后出安检，在出发大厅办理下一程航班值机手续，再去安检登机，具体情况需与航司确认为准。

T3航站楼国际航班与个别国内航班需要乘坐捷运小火车，我们的礼宾员将陪同前往。

如旅客需要前往所乘航司休息室候机，礼宾员送达后将不再等候，旅客将需要自行前往登机口。

Pre-Departure Coordination - Our staff will typically contact you 6 hours prior to departure to confirm airport rendezvous time and location.

Security & Immigration Procedures - Standard queuing applies at check-in counters, security screening, and immigration (outbound/inbound). - Regulatory restrictions prohibit accompaniment through security/immigration processes. Concierge staff will await via designated staff channels on the opposite side.

Same-Terminal Transfer Protocol - For same-terminal connecting flights: If you have already arranged through-checked baggage and hold subsequent boarding passes, or if you are on a domestic-to-domestic or international-to-international transit flight, you may proceed directly to the transfer hall without exiting the security area. - Otherwise, you must: Collect your baggage at the baggage claim,Exit the security area,Complete check-in procedures for your next flight at the departure hall,Pass through security screening again,Proceed to the departure gate.

Inter-Terminal Transfers - Advance reservation and confirmation of shuttle transportation are mandatory for transfers between terminals.

T3 Terminal Special Instructions - International flights and select domestic routes at Terminal 3 require use of the Automated People Mover (APM). Concierge staff will provide escort to the APM station.

If You Need to Wait in the Airline Lounge -Should passengers require access to their airline's lounge for pre-flight waiting, the concierge will depart after escorting them to the lounge location. Passengers are responsible for independently proceeding to the departure gate thereafter.
